Abraham Rego
Business Development Manager - Real Property Management
Abraham has been a fixture of the real estate scene in the Central Valley for decades, thanks to his parents' involvement in the industry. This enabled him to get an excellent education in the art of buying and selling homes from early childhood.After buying his first Central Valley rental property in the 1990’s, Abraham recognized a dire need for professional property management services. He started RPM Central Valley, and the rest is history.
Abraham has been the continual driving force behind keeping RPM Central Valley a top name in the property management industry. Investors continually turn to RPM for the high level of service we provide, which is unparalleled by any of our competitors.Part of Abraham's passion for RPM Central Valley includes making sure that the company stays on top of the latest technological advancements and compliant with standards from NARPM and CVAR.
When he’s not working, Abraham enjoys spending time with his wife Monica and their three children. He's fluent in Portuguese and enjoys a wide variety of recreational activities, including snowboarding, jet skiing and gardening.

Frank J. Madrigal
General Manager of Real Property Management Central Valley
After getting his BS in economics from CSU Long Beach, Frank worked for companies like Foot Locker, New York Life and Disneyland, before settling with RPM Central Valley in 2007. As the general manager of Real Property Management Central Valley, Frank has held every position in the company and is a true asset for our team.
When he's not working, Frank enjoys playing golf and softball, as well as spending time with his family.

Carmen Cervantes
Marketing Coordinator
Carmen Cervantes is another valuable part of the RPM Central Valley team and has been working as our front desk coordinator for the last 2 years. She came to us after working for over 15 years in the dental field, both as a dental assistant and service coordinator.She received her AA Degree from San Jose City College.
When she’s not working Carmen has many passions, including gardening and watching cooking shows.

Monica Rego
Accounting Department
Monica has been with RPM Central Valley family for over 8 years and serves our owner clients in the accounting department. She specializes in accounts receivable, payables and account balancing. Her long career in accounting includes a 10-year stint working with a major retailer.
During her free time, Monica enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.

Claudia Prado
Front Desk Coordinator
Another of the newest additions to the RPM Central Valley family is our front desk coordinator Claudia Prado.
She comes to us with a strong office related background after having worked in the IT industry for many years and can be counted on to offer the best service and support.
Fluent in both Spanish, and Portuguese, Claudia also works hard to keep the office running smoothly and on any day of the week, you can find her processing rental applications, scheduling appointments, scanning or emailing and serving our clients.
On her spare time, Claudia likes to read, draw, volunteering with her church, and spend time with her sister.

Tim Benson
Maintenance Technician
A U.S. Army Veteran, Tim Benson has played a vital role in the RPM Central Valley Maintenance department since joining our company.
Besides his military experience, Tim has a strong background in maintenance and has been working in the in-house maintenance filed since the year 2000.
His current job duties include inspections, house turns, minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler repair, and overall maintenance.
On his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family, hiking at various destinations throughout California and exploring California’s beaches.

Vanessa Aguilar
Service Coordinator
Vanessa is another of the latest additions to the RPM Central Valley team, she has two years-worth of property management experience with an apartment complex in the Central Valley and has a certification of completion for general business occupations.
Fluent in Spanish, Vanessa serves RPM as our service coordinator, assisting with maintenance calls, scheduling appointments and helping out other members of our property management team when needed.
On her spare time, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family, exploring different beaches in Northern California and the wide variety of vintage shops in the San Francisco area.

Shoran Singh
Accounts Payable and Receivable Coordinator
One of the latest additions to the accounting department at RPM Central Valley is our accounts receivable and payment coordinator, Shoran Singh.
Fluent in Hindi, Shoran has a strong background in business as she previously as an office manager for a collections department and she also worked as an executive assistant for a law firm.
With an advanced diploma in business management, Shoran can be counted on to provide the best service and support for our tenants and owner clients.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and watching movies.

Shanil Chandra
Accounting Coordinator
Another recent addition to the RPM Central Valley accounting department is Shanil Chandra. His current job duties include processing payments from our tenants and to our owner clients and vendors.
Fluent in Hindi, Shanil has a strong background in academics and was previously a tutor at CSU Stanislaus where he tutored students in statistics economics, accounting, and computer information systems.
Shanil has a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in business administration.
Shanil has many talents that contribute to the RPM Central Valley team.
On his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, swimming and watching movies.

Canaan Benson
Maintenance Technician
At RPM Central Valley we take pride in every member of our property management team, including Canaan Benson who has an extensive background in the maintenance industry before starting his career with RPM.
His day-to-day duties at RPM include repairing houses, inspection of properties, landscaping, maintenance, repairs and satisfying all our tenants maintenance requests when needed.
Thanks to the hard work of employees like Canaan, RPM tenants can count on having their maintenance requests handled quickly and professionally to the highest standards possible.
During his free time Canaan enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, playing the guitar,reading and going on hikes.

David Aidipour
Leasing Coordinator
Since joining RPM, David Aidipour has been an important part of our team in the role of leasing coordinator, serving our new tenants by walking them through their rental properties.
Fluent in Farsi, David also has a strong background in sales/marketing and can also be counted on to provide the best possible service and support.
When he’s not working in the leasing department, he shows his team spirit by helping out when needed in other areas of the office, especially on those busy days, when everyone contributes to keeping the office running smoothly.
In his spare time David loves to spend any extra time he has with his family.

Jeremy Raglin
Marketing Coordinator
Jeremy Raglin is a online marketer and social media marketing specialist. He's been managing the marketing the blog and social media presence for RPM Central Valley for the last 4 years.
On his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
